Requirements / Salary depends on experience (Option for Bonus)
● Strong organizational skills, ability to function under time constraints, prompt and reliable, self-motivated and ability to handle multiple tasks
● Must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
● Must have ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects within established timelines
● Detail oriented and demonstrated problem solving skills
● Excellent customer services skills
● Professional appearance and demeanor
● Ability to communicate effectively in English, in both written and oral forms
● Proficiency in the following systems and programs: Excel, Word and Salesforce is a plus
● Ability to work evenings and weekends based on events schedule
● Answer phones and input leads into Salesforce
● Must be a team player with a gracious attitude
● Office hours 8:30 to 5pm Monday through Friday (May differ from week to week depending on events schedule)
