About the role Reporting to the Supervisor, the CDL Driver will the safely and efficiently operation of yard truck and chassis/trailer combination and may include driving a roll-off truck to various locations, as well as on-site operations throughout the Transfer Station campus. Responsibilities: Operate equipment/trucks in a safe manner following DOT regulations and company policies and regulations. Drive commercial vehicle to pick up and transport waste to a designated location safely primarily on campus Qualifications: GED/HS Diploma preferred; Reworld offers GED Works – a fully funded program for employees to achieve their GED. CDL A required. Roll-off or Dump Truck preferred Minimum 1 year experience with reticulated (Tractor and Trailer) vehicles - preferred. Physical Demands: Walk, stand, sit, climb and be able to handle temperature changes including extreme heat Be able to lift/carry 50lbs Qualify to wear a full face respirator.
