What you will be working on:
- Supporting department initiatives and campaigns within HubSpot including:
- E-mail marketing efforts including drafting and scheduling emails with specific attention on ensuring the correct, intended recipients are targeted
- Creating and double-checking workflow automations
- Using HubSpot Analytics to analyze and report results in order to create effective content strategies.
- Designing marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
- Assisting with CRM cleanup and management of database health
- Developing innovative and creative B2B marketing campaigns that result in qualified lead generation - Helping support and coordinate content development activities in collaboration with Research, Sales, and Marketing
- Assisting in the project management and diligent proofing of a variety of print and digital marketing collateral materials to include ads, brochures, fliers, posters and assorted graphics
- Assisting the Marketing Department with website updates on Duda CMS
- Supporting marketing and sales efforts with repurposing/repackaging content to increase personalization for account-based marketing strategy
Required Skills
- 2 years of relevant digital experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or related field.
- Experience with an email marketing automation/logic-based workflows in HubSpot
- Past experience designing and executing marketing campaigns
- Experience with B2B marketing, social media, email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal oversight
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with other team members and clients
