JOB SUMMARY
The Receptionist/Secretary serves as the first point of contact, via telephone or in-person, at D'Youville Pavilion, welcoming all internal and external customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. The primary assignment is welcoming and assisting patients, families, vendors, and community members.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist/Secretary include answering phones, clerical aid to multiple departments, and greeting all visitors to the facility professionally and courteously.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
· Customer service experience required
Other Skills Required:
· A strong history of teamwork and a positive attitude required
· Must be adaptable in a fast-paced changing environment, including the ability to work evenings on occasion
· Must possess exemplary customer service skills
· General knowledge of basic computer skills preferred
