Position Overview
The RN, Weekend is an On-Call position that provides service for the personal, physical, emotional and social needs of the patient-family unit. The weekend RN will be responsible for evaluating and responding to the patient's/caregiver's needs over the weekend via telephone contact, home visits, and/or facility visits for assessment, symptom management, treatment, teaching and coordination of care.
Minimum Qualifications
- RN License in the state of Florida or Alabama (depending on job location)
- 2 years clinical nursing experience preferred in the areas of Hospice, med/surg, oncology or geriatrics
- Current CPR Certification
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Florida or Alabama Driver's License and current Auto Liability Insurance
