Sourcing Strategy Development
- Co-develops and implements an effective sourcing strategy
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Builds and maintains a talent pool that can meet the organization’s current and future needs
- Tracks sourcing metrics and reports on them. Optimizes and ensure continuous improvement.
Sourcing Tools, Branding, and Technology Utilization
- Has knowledge of how to use the various sourcing channels and utilized them effectively
- Utilizes diverse sourcing tools and technology
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, really and other job boards)
- Promotes our Employer Brand when reaching out to candidates on various platforms
Sourcing Execution
- Works together with the recruiter and hiring manager to define candidate personas
- Sources suitable candidates through various sourcing channels
- Drafts and sends out recruiting emails to potential candidates
- Is able to reach out to different types of candidates and to engage with them
- Follows up on employee referrals
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
Required Degree: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:
- 1 year experience as a talent sourcer or similar
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:
- Ability to demonstrate affinity with candidate sourcing and recruitment techniques
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, HR systems (including an ATS) and candidate management systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer literate
- Strong sales skills
- Ability to effectively present both roles and our company to candidates
- Ability to quickly make decisions
- Ability to represent Employer Brand with energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to drive for and get results
