Advocate Driver Managers are the lifeline of our most valuable assets, our professional drivers. They are responsible for assisting in a variety of driver needs but also directly managing and directing the work of professional drivers.
Advocate Driver Managers are required to take actions or make recommendations that are given significant weight with respect to discipline, terminations, and other changes of a driver’s employment status, often requiring the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to significant business matters.
