The Position

Our Operations team plays a vital role at Covenant, with responsibilities ranging from shipping orders all over the world to operating local events.

Your role as Operations Specialist will change based on evolving operational needs, and as such, a fierce commitment to doing good work at all times is more relevant than any technical expertise. Initially, you will spend most of your time fulfilling orders, receiving inventory, and handling day-to-day operational needs as they arise.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Desire to do good work for its own sake
  • Desire to constantly learn and perfect oneself (kaizen)
  • Familiarity and passion for tabletop games
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers and technology
  • Ability to accurately compile and pack orders from an invoice
  • Ability to stand and perform physical tasks at a brisk pace for eight or more hours
  • Ability to maintain focus on a single task for multiple hours
  • Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds or more
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 21 years or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship will be provided)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
