Director of Sales  - East Territory

CoventBridge is seeking a Director of Sales for our Eastern Sales Territory.  The Director of Sales is responsible for growing his/her sales territory through current clients and new prospects via phone, email and face to face contact.  Additionally, the Director of Sales is responsible for the overall performance to goal for each client.  

Responsibilities/ Requirements

Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include essential functions of positions assigned to this classification. Depending on assignment, the employee may perform a combination of some or all the following duties:

• Daily contact with clients and team members in sales, operations and the marketing team
• Achievement of individual sales goals
• Retention of current clients
• Communication with the senior management team – weekly reports
• Driving Revenue growth within their territories
• Prospecting for new business
• Due to driving, constant state of alertness in a safe manner is an essential function of this position

Educational/Experience Qualifications:

• College degree
• Industry experience – insurance and/or investigative in nature
• 2 years of sales experience

The salary for this role is $70,000/yr commission. This is the highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
