POSITION PURPOSE |
The Business Analyst position covers a wide range of data research and analysis tasks for all functional areas of APC and Cover Care. The primary goal is to gather data from multiple sources, identify areas of improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to upper management and other internal customers.
POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Functions
- Identify areas of the business for potential improvement and gather/analyze data leading to recommended actions for improvement
- Identify useful, ongoing reporting categories and create presentable reports/charts/graphs for distribution, ensuring quality and accuracy in the da
- Work with the Parts/Purchasing Department to secure the best possible terms from vendors
- Work with the Parts/Purchasing Department to secure the best possible terms from vendors
- Research and gather all data necessary to create, and assist with creating, accurate and actionable forecasts
- Work closely with Accounting/Finance to supplement and support their data gathering and analytics needs
- Gather and present Operational Metrics data on a monthly basis as directed by the COO, CFO, and CEO
- Attend various meetings as requested and provide data gathering and analytical recommendations as needed
- Lead Special Projects as assigned
- Provide Project Management as assigned
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience.
- Valid Drivers license is required
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business, Data Analytics, Project Management, and/or Manufacturing experience

- Prociency using Microsoft Ofce.
