So, what’s the job?
Located in Omaha you will work within a team of digital professionals, driving online growth strategies and initiatives across an exciting group of our partners, as well as our direct-to-consumer channel, handling high-volume websites with large sales revenue.
You are a self-starter that can work autonomously and within a team, you will build and maintain robust relationships with clients and internal teams. You will develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans, identify digital opportunities, be a key stakeholder in digital projects, perform web analysis, manage clients, and roadmap digital improvements. This is a unique role with high exposure and awesome scope to diversify to grow.
You will manage and owns the digital expectations, budgets, and results of key partnerships.
You build robust partner and internal relationships to ensure mutually beneficial objectives are achieved.
You will lead our uplift initiative and ongoing enhancements for our US direct-to-consumer website, including working closely with UX design, development, and other internal teams throughout the delivery process.
You communicate effectively with key stakeholders across IT, Sales, Product Development, E-Commerce, and management teams.
You understand current/future eCommerce objectives, offering ROI-focused solutions.
You demonstrate knowledge of digital market trends, competitor activities and strategies, products, and challenges.
You will identify and implement new revenue opportunities to maximize sales, including working with global teammates to manage ongoing conversion rate optimization (CRO)
You will ensure all digital channels have accurate, secure, and always-available eCommerce data.
You support sales executives with solution selling into prospect and existing account base with the goal of converting sales pipeline.
Partners with internal stakeholders to help define high-level architecture and design, advising and support on the implementation and delivery of our strategic digital sales initiatives.
You will be the go-to person for the distribution team when it comes to digital technical consultation and advice.
You support the technical aspects of RFP responses and proposals, including written content, visuals, and building and delivering digital sales presentations and demos, for new partnership prospects and current accounts.
You support partner accounts through development and post-launch phases as a digital adviser.
You will identify and explore new ways to improve customer-facing interaction and service delivery through digital channels like web, mobile and app, as well as bridge the

- Bachelor’s degree with relevant industry experience (online optimization, account management, eCommerce)
- Ability to lead a team in a high-volume, demanding digital environment
- A solid understanding of the digital landscape and online methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and the ability and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations to improve sales, user experience, and brand awareness
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to instantly connect with people and manage ongoing relationships for positive outcomes
- Ability to define problems, collect and analyze information, and make decisions, coupled with the ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions
- Excellent planning, delegation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting processes
- Self-starter, ambitious, disciplined and talented individual
- A thorough understanding of eCommerce, web analytics, conversion rate optimization, and online marketing
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and the methodologies of web analytics
- Working knowledge of VWO, or the aptitude to learn
- A basic understanding of domain management and SSL, HTML/CSS, and content management systems (CMS)
- Competent knowledge of the travel and/or insurance industries
- A proven track record of successfully implementing and managing growth strategies to achieve digital revenue targets
