Shift:
1st and 2nd shift openings available
Job Duties:
Making sure vehicles are maintained and safe for our drivers
Doing preventive maintenance services on equipment with little or no supervision and in a timely manner
Repairing and troubleshooting components such as engines, transmissions and differentials, turbochargers, fuel system components, etc.
Keeping your work area clean and safe
Using diagnostic programs to complete basic vehicle diagnostics
Working on other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
Transport equipment to and from dealers and outside vendors
Requirements
2 years of practical experience with truck and tractor-trailer maintenance
Experienced using tools of the trade (including diagnostic equipment, hand and power tools)
Valid class B or A CDL drivers license preferred
Excellent communication skills
The ability to solve problems
Willing to work in non-climate-controlled conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
