Job description
- Close residential and commercial purchase and sale and refinance real estate transactions;
- Review contracts between parties for duties and responsibilities of the escrow/closing agent;
- Review title reports and/or UCC searches for property/assets being transferred and clear any liens;
- Prepare settlement statements and closing disclosure statements;
- Prepare and issue closing protection letters, payoff requests, and transfer documents;
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and referral sources;
- Supervise escrow assistants and mobile notaries.
Education
· High School diploma or equivalent
Experience
· 1-2 years related experience
License or Certification
· LPO (Limited Practice Officer) Required

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Fair Housing Regulations: 1 year (Preferred)
- Loan Processing: 1 year (Preferred)
- LPO Escrow: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- LPO (Limited Practice Officer) (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Longview, WA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
