The primary function of the Cowtown Materials, Inc.'s Jobsite Coordinator is to communicate all jobsite conditions and required equipment for a delivery to our locations before the delivery is scheduled. Effectively reducing equipment downtime and providing our customers with an excellent delivery experience. The Jobsite Coordinator must successfully adhere to the organization's levels of service and values.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Check Commercial jobs for access
- Elevator and hoist size and capacity
- Floor, elevator, wall, stairway protection
- Which windows need to be pulled for Boom, or Crane stocking
- Powerlines
- Check Residential jobs for access
- Basement
- Attic
- Any special rooms or out of the ordinary situations
- Powerlines
- Post-Stocking inspection
- Outside Looking for any damage done to curbs, sidewalks, yards, driveways, parking lots, buildings, ETC
- Inside looking for any damages to doors, windows, flooring, Elevator, and drywall
- Making sure that floors are not over loaded, Rocksteady clips are installed properly, all materials are stocked neat
- Perform Live jobsite safety observations
- Ensure crews are adhering to GMS and CBSI safety policies
- Provide coaching and guidance to our delivery crews
- Report any deficiencies to Branch Management
- Coordinating and ordering street permits for deliveries
- Coordinating and ordering Cranes for deliveries
- Meet all Monthly requirements including:
- Post job inspection totals
- Customer focused quality checks
- Yard focused safety and quality checks
- NVR foreman site reviews
- Live jobsite safety observations
- Represent CBSI professionally in all dealings with Customers, Site Foremen, General Contractors and Superintendents on and off jobsites
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience
- Effective team player and leader with strong communication skills
- Experience in and knowledge of construction industry and building materials strongly preferred
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- ABL experience strongly preferred

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate with team and management and be able to exchange accurate information of jobsite situations
- Must be able to use Tablets, iPads and various office applications daily
- Must be able to navigate the conditions of a jobsite environment daily
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time.
- Will occasionally move about inside the office to access files, office machinery, etc.
- Must be able to operate basic office machinery.
- Must be able to communicate with team and management and be able to exchange accurate information in. these situations.
- Constantly working in an office environment.
