Financial Systems Manager

This position is responsible for leading and managing the functional support of the ICOMS billing system and Projects & Assets modules within Oracle Financials. Qualified candidates will be able to provide application and data expertise around ICOMS & Oracle PA/FA to support the objectives of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as a go-to person for the business function, providing analysis and guidance on potential solutions
• Lead functional workstream for enhancements & implementation projects, including defining business requirements, outlining new or updated functionality, and required testing for validation
• Partner with internal technical & functional groups to manage upgrades ensuring business needs are supported in all phases throughout the project
• Drive discussions across Finance groups and key stakeholders to validate solution strategy, supporting initiatives, and key deliverables
• Solve complex problems considering business and system requirements
• Collaborate with IT support partners around outages, technical, operational issues & user communications
• Manage ICOMS-Oracle mappings, working with Revenue Accounting & ICOMS teams to ensure accuracy & consistency

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (i.e. Accounting, Finance or Information Systems) and 6 years' experience in a related field (i.e. Finance or Accounting). The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field
• Requires strong knowledge of SQL
• Demonstrated experience working with enterprise billing and/or financial systems
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and collaborate with high experienced technically oriented professionals

Preferred

• 2 years of experience in a management role or leading cross functional projects preferred
• Experience in broadband industry desired
• Working knowledge of ICOMS & Oracle Financials a plus

USD 96,100.00 - 160,100.00 per year
