Automotive Service Advisor

Our High-Volume Service Department needs to hire Service Advisors, Writers, to advise customers on auto service options and costs when their vehicle needs repair/maintenance. Experience is perferred but we will train qualified applicants.

Responsibilities - Auto Service Advisor, Writer:

• Schedule appointments for auto repair/service/maintenance/recall work
• Greet customers and answer questions
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested options and costs
• Offer additional services and products, including special promotions
• Follow the status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
• Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
• Upon completion of work, review work order with customer
• Provide a completely satisfied customer experience

Qualifications - Auto Service Advisor, Writer:

• Automotive Service Advisor and Dealership experience is preferred
• General automotive mechanical operational knowledge
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
