Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $53,200.00 - $79,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis and validation, translating data into actionable insights.
- Perform root cause analysis and monitor key metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Prepare and analyze data for various projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize reporting and visualization tools to present analysis results to leadership and monitor data quality.
- Assist in developing data monitoring systems and measurement solutions.
- Analyze business data trends and maintain databases with minimal variance.
- Develop and publish accessible interfaces for analysis results.
- Learn and apply company and industry-standard data analysis methodologies and practices.
- Contribute to special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of related experience or HS Diploma / GED and 6 years of related experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other MS Office Suite applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years of related experience or a BS/BA degree in a related discipline.
- Experience with PowerBI and Salesforce."
