- Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant has a working knowledge of system policies for the CARE Department and Nursing Administration Office. This working knowledge includes practicing effective customer relations, completing payroll, onboarding new employees, and staff scheduling while completing these tasks using organizational and priority setting skills. Additionally, this individual serves as clerical support for one of the largest nursing departments within CoxHealth, Nursing Administration and the inpatient Directors of Nursing.
