Integration Developer I:
Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations and custom solutions. You will work closely with other departments to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality Workday solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrations between Workday and external systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical specifications.
Responsible for designing custom Reports through Workday tools.
Design, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and other tools, following agile methodologies.
Propose optimal integration solutions based on business needs and system capabilities.
Implement data transformation logic for accurate data mapping.
Conduct design reviews to ensure integrations are scalable and maintainable.
Stay informed about Workday integration tools and technologies to recommend improvements.
Develop and execute test plans, perform testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure data security and compliance with information security policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, optimizing performance to ensure efficient data transfer.

Develop dashboard and metrics to provide key stakeholders an insight into the organization

Job Requirements
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education (8 years), training, and experience.
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience with coding & development.
Preferred experience with Workday or other ERP systems.
Skills
Demonstrated experience in developing integrations and advanced reporting.
Ability to understand Workday object model, business processes, and security framework.
Demonstrated knowledge of core design principles, data modeling, data transformation, and data mapping techniques.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively within a team.
