Overview: CP Communications, a nationally recognized leader in broadcast media and technology solutions, is seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within our office environment. Responsibilities: Communication Handling: Answer phones, route calls, take detailed messages, handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email and faxes. Clerical Tasks: Efficiently manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to the team. Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of office supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure resources are readily available. Calendar Management: Keep up with the company calendar including paid time off (PTO), off-site work schedules, and employee engagements. Office Organization: Organize and maintain a tidy and welcoming front office area. Meeting Coordination: Schedule internal and external meetings, prepare meeting spaces, company event coordination, catering and handle logistics to support business operations. Database Management: Update and maintain internal databases, ensuring all systems are current and accurate. Accounting Support: Assist with processing tasks as needed to support the accounting department. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Office Administrator, or relevant role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in MS Office and experience with database management. High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus. Salary Range: $17 -$21/hourly
