DOT Compliance Analyst
Job Posting for DOT Compliance Analyst at CP Energy
Primary responsibilities include:
· Maintain driver qualification files and make sure compliant with DOT regulations
· Maintain the Drug and Alcohol program- including random testing
· Assist with new applicant processing- company drivers and owner operators- including running background checks, MVR’s, PSP’s, and Clearinghouse
· Complete verifications of employment in a timely manner
· Audit driver qualification files, electronic logs, drug and alcohol files to ensure compliance with FMCSR regulations
· Assisting with various projects, ad-hoc reporting, and analysis
Preferred Candidate Requirements include:
· 5 years of experience in oil and gas and/or transportation fields
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office products
· Experience with industry software
· Outstanding organization and problem-solving skills
· Demonstrated good judgment, attention to detail, and analytical thinking abilities
· Remarkable work ethic and initiative
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
· Strong written and verbal communications skills
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
