It is a time of growth at Constructive Partnerships (CP) Unlimited! The Agency recently expanded its constituency to include housing migrants at a Sanctuary Site in Brooklyn. We are a leading non-profit provider of residential, day habilitation, Article 16, vocational, wheelchair, and transport services throughout New York City and the Hudson Valley to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Residential Aides (10 Positions)
Working in concert with the Shift Supervisor, the Residential Aide provides general assistance and support to clients residing at the sanctuary site, including regularly monitoring the safety and security of all clients. A minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent is required. Fire Safety Coordinator Certificate, Food Handler Certificate and CPR are also required. Two (2) years’ experience working in a shelter system is preferred. HHA or CAN experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
