CPA Business Advisors is seeking a Receptionist to join our team!
Receptionist duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. They will be responsible for confidential and time sensitive information, supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. They must be deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality and efficiency, attention to detail, and consistent communication.
The ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner is of the utmost importance. Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Be the first point of contact in handling client inquiries or complaints
Provide general support to visitors and clients
Maintain contact lists
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Handle multiple projects
Keep the partners informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
Prepare and monitor invoices
Maintain office supplies; anticipating needed supplies; placing orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
