Position Summary: This position is responsible for the safety and productivity of all vault employees staffed on designated shift, as well as plant security. Additionally, the Vault Lead position is accountable for ensuring that pulling is scheduled for completion in a timely manner and within all quality parameters.
Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and productivity of all employees assigned to designated shift
- Maintain control of vault withdrawals and show great attention to detail
- Enforce all safety and processing procedures
- Enable effective communications between management and pullers
- Train new employees and coach existing employees
- Maintain a clean and safe work place Investigate and report all incidents (accidents, poor performance)
- Suggest and implement cost-saving ideas
- Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates
- Maintain accurate inventories
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication with peers and customer service
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; 6 months work experience in a production environment within the last 2 years,
- Basic computer skills, MS Word, MS Excel, Cape, View Orders, and numeric sequence organization.
- Familiar with vault withdrawals, card IDs and RF guns.
- Ability to work the designated shift; ability to work overtime as required, which could include time before or after the designated shift and /or weekends.
