Responsibilities for the I&E Technician includes :
- Maintaining electrical and control systems throughout the site
- Calibrating and maintaining process equipment
- Troubleshooting PLC hardware
- Field installation of control systems and components
- Investigating equipment failures and recommending corrective actions
- Associates degree or hirer in Industrial Maintenance preferred
- At least 3 years of relevant experience within a manufacturing environment
- PLC, HMI experience a must, Rockwell Automation preferred
- Proven ability to troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC ladder logic
- Experience in plant instrument calibrations and reading wire and logic diagrams
- Familiar with OSHA Process Safety Management regulations
