What are the responsibilities and job description for the Handyman/Laborer position at CPS?
Looking to hire 2 induviduals for home improvement work. Must have knowledge of cabinet installations, painting, flooring, drywall finishing. Must have basic tools and reliable transportation.
Work is fast paced, busy and hours typically from 7/8am to 5/6pm. Please be able to work towards deadlines, have a sense of urgency, be able to work without constant supervision. Must be able to follow direction and multi task between projects as there can/will be multiple projects occurring. As an example, currently 4 active large projects with many more scheduled well into September.
Be able to pass background check. I dont care about minor offences. Have a good professional positive attitude above all else.
Pay will be in cash for now. This is a good opportunity for full time work with a growing vompany. Work is full time year round, paid vacation and sick days, mileage reimbursement.
