Job Description

SETTLEMENT ACCOUNT MANAGER

A CPT Settlement Account Manager will be responsible for maximizing CPT's banking relationships by ensuring that the settlement deposits CPT receives for each case are deposited properly and timely transferred to the ultimate disbursing institution.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Opening and closing settlement accounts.
  • Ensuring transactions are accurately and timely recorded.
  • Ensuring that old accounts are closed timely, and remaining funds are transferred properly.
  • Assist with wire transfer requests.
  • Assist with complex bank reconciliations.
  • Support of account research and resolving discrepancies.
  • Assists in the further development of treasury policy and procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of service with internal customers (teams).
  • Perform and assist with other projects and responsibilities, as requested.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in treasury/bookkeeping or financial fields
  • Experience with corporate level online bank portals

COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Technology proficient, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Reports to Director of Settlements and Treasury Services.

JOB TYPE: Full-time

PAY RANGE: $25 - $28 per hour DOE

SCHEDULE:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
