The opportunity
We are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to plan, lead and coordinate delivery of the CR Mining and CR Digital marketing strategies across multiple product categories and regions. The role works in collaboration with the global marketing team, product marketing managers, category managers, channel leaders and dealers to ensure all marketing campaigns deliver on CR's strategic plans, and vision. Your flair for creative content, exceptional organisational skills and willingness to work hard to support the sales and marketing efforts, will make you a highly valued member of our team.
You will love the opportunity to:
- Coordinate the end-to-end development and execution of B2B marketing campaigns, including digital campaigns.
- Assist to coordinate internal and external events i.e. Trade shows, Product Demonstrations
- Coordinate marketing collateral, work with promotional suppliers and ordering of promotional materials
- Conduct research, generating reports and analysing e-marketing results to increase website traffic, brand awareness and sales leads, as well as proactively driving improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the business to influence positive outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business, or equivalent
- Ideally 2-3 years work experience in marketing
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail, with a proven track record of successful delivery of projects on time, in line with budget expectations and to strategy.
- Confidence to use creative license to produce engaging content
- Proven experience in the development and delivery of successful and results-driven marketing campaigns.
- Familiar with using programs such as SharePoint, a Marketing Automation Software, LinkedIn, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, WordPress, Google Analytics, and MailChimp would be advantageous
- It would be great if you have experience in the Adobe suite of products (Photoshop, InDesign, etc)
