Receptionist

Cr Ranch Pet-O-Tel in Modesto, CA is looking for one, part time receptionist, to join our team, 25-30 hours per week. Must be available to work afternoons until 6pm and at least one weekend shift. We are located on 6060 American Ave.. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

*Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner *Giving tours of our facility to potential clients *Answering customers questions and taking reservations from clients *Relaying information from customers to our staff *Checking in customers and documenting belongings *Checking out customers and handling money *Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources

Qualifications

*Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner *Time-management and organizational skills *Good written and verbal communication skills *Must be comfortable working around animals *Small animal background desired, but not mandatory *Must be available to work until 6pm *Weekends are mandatory

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.50 - $17.50/hour.
