```Duties``` - Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities - Create and modify menus to meet customer needs and preferences - Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including supervising kitchen staff - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Collaborate with the management team to develop new recipes and menu items - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment ```Experience``` - Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role - Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines - Strong leadership and supervisory skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with food service management software - Understanding of food safety principles and practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail If you are passionate about creating delicious dishes, have experience in managing a kitchen, and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.
