The Assistant Manager will have overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of our seafood restaurant in the absence of the General Manager. You’ll ensure compliance with company standards across all areas of operation, including staff supervision and training, product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, inventory management, team retention, and financial accountability. Your commitment to delivering the highest quality products and services to each customer will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership:
• Oversee daily restaurant activities, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient workflows.
• Address any operational challenges promptly.
• Staff Management:
• Train, mentor, and supervise restaurant staff.
• Schedule shifts, manage breaks, and maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.
• Handle employee performance evaluations and address any issues.
• Customer Service:
