SEASONAL SUMMER CHEF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

SEASONAL SUMMER ONLY.  Established 1997.  Very Busy Restaurant. 0 Looking for  Strong Skilled,  Hands On Chefs.  High Volume, Quality Driven,  Busy Summer Months at the Beach. Chefs Will Be Trained in All Kitchen Positions.  Must be Willing to Work all Positions, Preparation and Cleaning Also Included in Job Description,  Must be able to Work Shifts Including but not Limited to  4 days 12 Hour Days with Breaks. End Of Season Bonus. Serious Inquiries Only Please. IF You are Planning to Move for This Position, Our Company is Not Responsible for Housing. Previous Employees will Not be Considered. 

Job Details:
  • Open Lunches and Dinners  Everyday.
  • Fast Paced, Quality Driven.
  • Hourly Pay Given for Part Time Weeks. OT Given after 60 Hours per Week.
  • Must Follow Food Protocols and House Recipes.
  • Must Have Experience with Fire Grill,  Sautee, Pantry, Fryer and Steam Bar.  All Aspects of Kitchen and Preparation.
  • High Volume, High Quality Standards for Food.
  • Must Maintain Positive Attitude and Be able to Handle Stress in Kitchen.

Qualifications:
  • Must have experience in full-service and/or fast food.
  • Must be able to work all weekends.
