Position Summary(Host): We are looking for an individual that is capable of ensuring the customers are welcomed, cared for, and valued.
Essential Functions:
- Accommodate customers' seating requests in a timely manner.
- Provide prompt service and keep customers informed of the status of tables in a timely manner.
- Adhere to any additional standards set by the restaurant manager.
- Deliver food to table tables and remove dirty plates in a timely manner.
- Monitor tables for customer satisfaction and address grievances in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Be polite with customers.
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently.
- Answer any questions customers have about the menu or specials.
- Know drinks and food menus inside and out.
