Job Description:
Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is seeking a dedicated Overnight Cleaner/Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining room, and restrooms to ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
1. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to meet health and safety standards.
2. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in the kitchen, dining room, and restrooms.
3. Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed throughout the restaurant.
4. Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and floors.
5. Dust and wipe down tables, chairs, and other surfaces in the dining area.
6. Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in restrooms and dining areas.
7. Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and fixing leaky faucets.
8. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety and sanitation.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred.
2. Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
3. Strong attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness.
4. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
5. Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
6. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
