Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time, Registered Nurse to support our Craft Body Scan clinics Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. This position is in office with the possibility of a hybrid office – remote option.

Primarily focused on phone education, the RN will handle patient interactions via telephone and provide guidance & education in accordance with guidelines/protocols - all within a clinically appropriate scope. As the majority of this role is telephone and Internet/EMR based, the RN will work with all patients and clinicians of the entire practice regardless of the location in which the providers see the patients.

• Strong sense of discretion and professionalism, especially in handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with a willingness and ability to learn and effectively utilize additional business systems. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is highly preferred.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of correspondence and records management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver MRI/CT scan results to patients in a clear and concise manner.
• Educate patients on imaging findings with guidance on course of action.
• Address any questions or concerns the patient may have regarding the results.
• Follow up with any necessary actions or additional information as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide custom reports relating to patient radiologic scans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations in the healthcare system.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Participates in departmental quality improvement endeavors.
• Will support multiple Craft Body Scan clinics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Holds current RN License and is eligible to become licensed in additional states.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations.
