High-End Craft Cocktail Experience in the Lakeshore Community of Saugatuck/Douglas is looking for several bartenders to join our growing team. We are located in a beautiful coastal town in west Michigan along Lake Michigan. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, hard-working, reliable, and comes with experience or a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

    *Greeting guests and welcoming them to our brand experience *Presenting the brand experience, sharing our menu highlights, and helping customers select craft cocktails and dining options *Delivering drinks and food to tables *Delivering an exceptional and memorable guest experience *Exceptional guests service and an ability to build relationships


Qualifications

    *Ability to listen and communicate effectively (listen, learn and be open to constructive feedback) *Able to multitask efficiently *Very strong organizational skills *Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter is a plus *Available to work shifts either on Weekends, Weekdays, Midday, Evening and some Holidays *Ability to work well in a team environment and able to accept different personalities while collaborating for the common good of the brand and the happy positive team culture

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Tuesdays. Compensation is $6.00 - $7.00/hour.
