**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts receivable, account analysis, and data entry. Knowledge of financial services software like QuickBooks is preferred.
**Responsibilities:**
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data
- Prepare invoices, and bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
**Experience:**
The successful candidate should possess some of the following skills:
- Proficiency in debits and credits
- Experience with accounts receivable processes
- Familiarity with QuickBooks software
- Strong customer service skill
- Ability to perform account analysis
- Background in financial services
- Accurate data entry skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
