- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

- Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
- Ability to work in a team environment

- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Must be available to work the following schedule: Part-time 25 hours: Office/Customer Service Job NOT Sales; Paid insurance course, licensing & continue education. No weekends; flexible schedule. NOT a seasonal job; No remote work. Possibility of becoming Full-time when business allows & will pay benefits
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
