Job Description
The Information Director is responsible for all visitors and handling of information through the front office, and to ensuring that all visitors and vendors adhere to company policies upon entering the facility. Serving as the first point of contact for most visitors, the Information Director shall express a professional appearance as the face of the company. It is expected that the Information Director will take the initiative to learn about the core business and facility layout, with enough knowledge to escort a visitor to a specific area around the facility.
Job Responsibilities
- Office & Kitchen supply ordering and manage budget
- All Front Office communications duties
- Company contact list, calendar updates, vehicle check-out, visitor calendar
- Corporate support & project research / Luncheon planning
- Vendor and Visitor maintenance
- GMP Policy & Food Safety visitor enforcement
- Mailing and receiving parcel shipping and QC document handling
- Plant traffic monitoring / Security notifications
- Compliance/Auditor visitor handling
- Appearance of front office / Flag duty
- Assistance to the HR department screening and employee relations
- Travel locally during the business day as needed.
- Sort, organize, balance out and record incoming company checks for analyst to deposit
- Assist with Spanish translations of company documents
- Conduct, collect and track all walnut counter sales for employees and public
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
