Essential Job Functions
- A client-facing role that develops the business relationship
- Account mapping, business unit breakdown (touchpoints to align regional/global team)
- Run QBRs & ensure they are adequately prepared for
- Ensure each Crane Worldwide office servicing the account understands the SOPs and
executes accordingly - Report Monitoring, Analysis, and Distribution (responsible/accountable)
- Conduct Performance management for reporting team
- Regular Market Analysis and Industry Awareness to maintain knowledge
- Drive collaborative efforts internally by supporting and sharing best practices in the
following key areas:
o Client Reviews
o Strategic Business Plan
o Value add Programs
o Process Improvements
o Tender Management
o Technology Solutions - Lead and review impact and coverage analyses to identify service and opportunity gaps.
- Direct account monitoring activities by the team to ensure timely payment and collection
- Create and implement business development plans with short-term and long-term
business objectives to be achieved by the region. - Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
- The job may require extended sitting or standing and using standard office equipment.
- The job requires using vision, adjusting focus, and working on a standard computer

- Presence on-site at the assigned work location or other stations may be required
- Travel to stations and client sites within a region may be required
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience in sales or account management or operations
experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation - Minimum of 5 years of management experience
- Experience with CRM systems
Certification & Licenses
- Professional certification may be required in some areas
