We are seeking interns who are versatile and enthusiastic about working in a highly flexible, team-oriented environment and who have exceptional communication, analytical and organizational skills.
Essential Functions:
- Produce engineering layouts with supportive calculations
- Prepare project specifications and cost estimates working from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions
- Participate in site visits
- Assist Design team engineers and project managers with support assistance as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently
- Enrolled in ABET accredited Civil Engineering Curriculum
- Working knowledge of computer application software including AutoCAD
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent follow-up skills
Education and Experience
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering program,
preferably at an ABET-accredited university.
