Job Summary
This is a full time role based in Pompano Beach, Florida. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to perform sales in the real estate domain.
Job Responsibilities: Rapidly make a high volume of outbound cold-calls to potential customers using a pre-provided list of leads. Build rapport with homeowners over the phone; identify the customer needs, educate them on the surplus process, provide information about our products and services, and sign them up for our services. Using information provided to you, reach out to relatives, neighbors of hard-to-reach homeowners via phone call. Perform approximately 150 cold calls per day Coordinate the execution of documents remotely via electronic communication, coordinate notaries & witnesses as needed.
Qualifications: Ability to rapidly make a high volume of phone calls to perform sales in a cold-calling setting (3 years relevant experience required) An outgoing attitude and pleasant phone demeanor are required. Closing ability, specifically one-call close in a cold-calling setting Proven ability to achieve daily goals, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft products and ability to learn proprietary software Follow-through skills Bilingual (English and Spanish)
