Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

Store Sales Manager/Associate Job available for signage retail store in Hillsborough Township, NJ

Seeking an Inside Sales Associate cum store manager that will delight customers with product knowledge and show off his/her customer service skills while meeting sales goals and developing a loyal customer base. We are searching for someone that will exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

~ Gather & understand in-depth product knowledge

~ Providing high end customer service by engaging, understanding and fulfilling customer needs

~ Initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers

~ Efficiently & accurately process sales transactions across multiple sales

channels & technology platforms

~ Actively maintaining high standards of merchandise presentation, visually and verbally

~ Supporting opening and closing of the store in a timely manner

~ The Associate/Manager is responsible for providing sales & support to walk-in customers, telephone inquiries, emails and online chat

~ Maintaining an orderly & clean appearance throughout the showroom floor

~ Develop a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models

~ Communicate with customers on order status and changes to the production schedule if any

~ Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing, walk-in and email activity

~ Successful candidates will bring an enthusiasm for customer service & professional work habits

Requirements:

~ Must be 18 yrs of age or older

~ Great written & verbal communication skills

~ High level of flexibility

~ Strong customer service skills

~ Ability to adapt to different customers

~ Ability to calculate figures & amounts such as discounts and percentages

~ Have flexibility of working different store hours. We will be open Monday thru Friday 9-6pm

~ Physical requirements include; climbing on a ladder and handling weight of up to 40 LBS

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in similar work required
• Outgoing, responsive, and eager to learn
• Ability to build relationships
• Great listening skills
• Organizational skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
