What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accountant position at Creare?
Creare is seeking an experienced Accountant to execute a broad range of accounting assignments with limited supervision. Regular responsibilities include payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, fixed assets, and special reports and analysis. Depending on experience, may prepare and post difficult journal entries, maintain and reconcile complex general ledger accounts, and participate in month-end close activities and prepare month-end financial reports.
A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a minimum of five years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Deltek Costpoint and/or government cost accounting experience is a plus.

Starting salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on level of education completed and years of relevant experience.
