Job Description
General Overview: The Primary responsibility of the Creative Art Directoris leading the creative direction and COACT community members for your assigned clients. That includes the planning, producing and execution of all projects related to photography, video and multimedia under the client.
Tasks Responsibilities:
Manage overall status list of ongoing projects
Manage creative budgets, both yearly and project specific
Oversee scheduling to ensure appropriate production timelines
Create sufficient, applicable plans (shot lists, storyboards, treatments) for supervisor and Partner review
Lay out shoot and release dates on relevant calendars
Manage and lead all creatives in the COACT community who will be working on assigned accounts
Find, vet and onboard new COACT community members as needed
Present creative to clients using COACT creative templates or in a professional way
Communicate where projects are in stages of completion to the client and COACT Account Executive throughout the creative process
ExhibitionDistribution
Manage Monday.com task management platform with up to date creative pieces
Manage client’s folder on the COACT Sharepoint account, ensuring that all creative working files and all other important creative files assigned to the account or organized according to the COACT client folder structure
Brainstorming Collaboration
Work with the COACT team to contribute to ongoing set of inspiration and creative ideas
Stay current on photo and video trends, techniques and Best Practices
Participate in all creative brainstorming sessions
Train new, Key Hires on social media photography
Knowledge Base Skills:
Possess a strong understanding of photo, video and design techniques and equipment
Demonstrate proficient knowledge in requisite software including the Adobe Creative Suite and video editing system
Excellent calendar management and task list skills
Experience assisting Upper Management within a corporate structure
Experience with production/vendor management

Additional Pay: To be determined on an individual project basis for photo/video/design execution outside of normal allocations
