Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with their inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with assistance in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Process sales transactions using cash registers and POS systems
- Assist customers with hands-on DIY gift creations such as wreath making, candle making, cement casting and various other projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering calls and addressing customer inquiries over the phone
- Perform weekly inventory counts and order products as needed
- Keep store clean and organized
Store Hours
Thursday - Saturday 12pm-7pm
Sunday 12pm-5pm
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in cash handling and operating cash registers
- We will train on how to make all DIY crafts
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic technical knowledge for troubleshooting customer issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
