Residential Custom Trim Package Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Custom Trim Package Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales of custom trim packages to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Custom Trim Package Sales Manager
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
