Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Responsible for becoming efficient in Timberline and Buy Out procedures and functions.
Process Blue Stake markings for all jobs.
Assist in strategically scheduling the delivery of materials needed for all current and upcoming jobs.
Responsible for preparing information packets for Superintendents to be completed 72 hours prior to start of project.
Responsible for strategically scheduling sub-contractors as needed and as directed by Director of Construction.
Process back charge and cost adjustment forms as needed for material overages and vendor delays.
Communicate with Designers and Superintendents on the effective staging of materials.
Responsible for reporting daily to Project Purchasing Manager concerning plans processed and any challenges with vendors.
Daily communication as needed concerning upscale projects which are in need of strategic planning.
Bluestaking all job sites
Handling any AD HOC items per Purchasing Manager
Responsible for assisting the Purchasing personnel in data entry and filing tasks.
Responsible for assisting with in-coming phones calls.
Assist the Purchasing Manager in various tasks and projects

Qualification/requirement:

Good understanding of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Good oral communication skills.
