This position will play a pivotal role in our accounting team. You will be responsible for cleaning up and reconciling our financial data within NetSuite, ensuring a seamless transition from our previous system.

What You'll Do As An Accountant
- Migrate trial balances from our old accounting system (QuickBooks) to NetSuite.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data during migration.
- Verify the accuracy of bank feeds within NetSuite.
- Perform thorough bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for and accurately reflected.
- Audit Accounts Payable to correct any discrepancies, such as misassigned check numbers.
- Perform general clean-up tasks in NetSuite to ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Proficiency in NetSuite with recent, hands-on experience.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including the ability to download CSV files and upload data into NetSuite.
- Experience in financial data migration and reconciliation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
