Overview of the Assistant Controller role:

  • Oversee month-end close
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and balance sheets
  • Assist with audit processes
  • Ensure compliance of accounting procedures
  • Review expense accounts and process commission reports

Preferred Qualifications For The Assistant Controller

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Five years of experience in accounting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
  • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple project deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
